Really confused.

Hey ladies. I actually have 2 questions.

1: This is the first month I have been tracking my bbt. I am usually 96.2 - 97.0. This morning it was 97.2. Does that sound like ovulation or normal fluctuations? I haven't had a positive OTK yet.

2: For the past 3 months I have gotten a stuffy head during Ovulation week. Is that normal? I am also experiencing headache, shoulder tension, indigestion, nausea and moodiness.

I do have PCOS and I am currently taking Metformin. It has been confirmed that I ovulated the last 2 months. Any advice or similar situation would be great.
