When did you announce?

When did you mamas announce to everyone that you're expecting? I'm 8W3D and I've only told my parents and his parents. My first appointment is next Tuesday (16th) and I was thinking of announcing after???

We announced at 8 weeks 5 days, the day of the first ultrasound.

We just announced to his family yesterday at 10w3d...we're announcing to most of my family tomorrow...other than that I had to tell some of my coworkers early on, at about 5 weeks because I can't do certain things at work now. We're planning on telling close friends at 12 weeks and posting something on facebook around week 14...

To everyone but my SO's parents, at 7w6d or sooner. We're telling his parents with a photo that we'll get at our next ultrasound since the baby will be a lot more developed by then :)
