Is it possible the medicine my hubby takes effect my body?

Hello lady I'm currently 2 and half week lates on AF and I'm feel like I have the pregnancy symptoms but my test are coming back neg. my husbad takes medince which are clonodone, zolaph, conerts.& I was wondering do you think that theses medicine could effect my body and that why my test aren't coming up positive? I wa a just wondering if any of you lady's has a husbad who takes medicine and y'all are ttc?
