Monistat 7 day

Ok so I'm on antibiotics and I was for sure I had a yeast infection from being on them so I got monistat 7 day, I used the first day last night & this morning when I woke up to pee, at least half of the cream came out in the toilet and my vagina got SUPER IRRITATED like so bad I cried& I had to shower and wipe everything super good. I used it again tonight bc I figured I needed to continue treatment? But after I put it in, I'm irritated again.. Not as bad but itchy. Could pregnancy cause this or what? Should I quit using it?? I need answers plz!!
