Do you think he knew?

Question

I've heard that animals can sense when things are wrong. With my first pregnancy there were a lot of complications with my baby and just the pregnancy it's self. My dog would always cuddle up to my stomach when ever he had the chance up until we lost her at 20 weeks. Well this round he literally wants nothing to do with my tummy, and SO FAR everything is looking ok and I'm 19 weeks. Do you think he knew my baby was sick?

The crazy thing about dogs is most of them can sense when something is wrong weather it's you being sick, hurt ect. There are even cases were dogs knew that there owner was going to have a heartattack/stroke and warned them, that's why there are service dogs because they can sense seizures and what not....it's incredible to think about. He was just trying to comfort you in the only way he knew how that's a pretty amazing dog you got them.

The dog knew. 
Two family members dogs knew I was pregnant. My sister's dog knew I was pregnant before I did, she was acting super weird, very protective and stayed on me or at my feet.  Then I miscarried. She acted the same way when I got pregnant again. My Hubby's cousin's dog, sat at my feet under my chair, and usually she wants nothing to do with me, she always hollering at me looking for him.. He didn't believe me when I told him the first time I was pregnant but after he saw his cousins dog he kept talking about it...

My cat cuddled extra with me my whole pregnancy with my son (who was totally healthy) and then the minute he was born had nothing to do with me and spent all his time with my son. They can tell something is cooking, but not necessarily the health of the baby.
