Any tips on worsening insomnia?
Okay so I have a history of insomnia. When I was younger, I wouldnt be able to sleep until 3 or 4 AM and then have to get up at 7 AM for school. I was on a medication that knocked me out real good, real fast. But I've been off of that medication for a couple of years now. And that insomnia has been on and off for months but it only seems to be getting worse. I tried taking sleep aids, but then I feel really fatigued during the day and want to sleep all day anyway. I have to get up before 11AM to take medication, so I never really feel rested.
Can anyone offer advice?
