Skip hop diaper bag?

So I have this diaper bag. Love the way it looks, seems sturdy but I already feel like I'm running out of room? lol anyone else come across the? Or am I just overly packed??

I completely understand when I had my first I packed so much in there thinking the bag has to be filled after a while I figured out most of the time I just needed a few diapers wipes and a cover
