Having a rough time with weight gain
I know I am supposed to be okay with weight gain, but I have had a long history with eating disorders. I ran everyday for the past 15 years and maintained a healthy weight of 130-140lbs up until I got pregnant. Now with not workout out as vigorously, my body is gaining quickly. I also suspect I am retaining water, which is making the number on the scale that much worse. I eat healthy and don't eat fast food/junk, but my appetite is out of control lately. I work out daily and still can't stabilize the gain.18 weeks and I am up 10 lbs...I feel terrible and so unattractive. I know it's only going to get worse, so I am having a bit of a breakdown. I am not sure how to deal with this. I love my baby and want nothing more than for it to be healthy, but I can't help but be depressed about my weight. Please don't post anything harsh, just wanting to know how others are dealing with issues like mine.
