Relationship

Okay so me and this guy gave been talking for 8 months now he asked me out twice i said yes then each time after that he just up and disappeared. We've been taking again lately and he'd said he wanted to talk about getting into a serious relationship with me because he thinks he's in love with me but i just don't know how to feel about this anymore the age doesn't bother me because he doesn't look his age but we are 6 years apart. Ugh help me
