When did you drink again after giving birth

Just curious ! When did you ladies have your first glass of wine or whatever after giving birth? Daydreaming about my first sip already and I'm only 6 weeks !!

You can drink while breastfeeding. Just do not get DRUNK and breastfeed.

I've read before if you can drive, you can breastfeed.

Whenever you like. Don't listen to anyone who says you can't drink while breastfeeding, they don't know what they're talking about. Just don't get drunk while breastfeeding. If you want to tie one on one night, pump before hand or have a freezer stash, but you're good to go by the time you're sober.

The night i got home from hospital. I had 3 pina coladas (those frozen bag drink things)

Depends if you Breast feed...you're not supposed to drink when Breast feeding. Otherwise you can have someone sneak it into the recovery room for you 😉

I'm only 10 weeks but it'll depend if you breastfeed or not.. if you don't breastfeed then you can drink right after birth, it won't pass on to baby !

I still couldn't stomach alcohol until around 6 months postpartum with my first.

The day I got home! One glass now and then  is fine even if you're nursing. Don't get drunk and don't let it turn into a habit though
