I need opinions! Please help

So, I am planning to be a surrogate, and my second insemination was done about 8 days ago. I am having a lot of pressure on my bladder, could it be the beginning of pregnancy, or more than likely an inflamed bladder? Also, I have 3 kidney stones, and I get uti's very often from them. So, what do you all think? I am going to the doctors as soon as I can, but I don't have a fever.
