Sad and alone

Is crying a lot a sign of something or dose it mean I'm helpless and don't known what else to do cuz I've been crying over nothing all day and my husband try to make me feel better but it did work cuz I still been crying and I feel like a baby for doing this much crying and I get a werid feeling in my stomach but I don't k own why I just wish I had that one person I could always go to when I feel like this but I don't cans some one help me plz
