Teeth Help.

I am a teen. When I was younger years ago, about 2 years old. I had an epileptic disorder which resulted in me having to take Tegretol which was/is prescribed to people ages 12 and up. Anyways, it stained my teeth a good bit, it was either that (many more dangerous side affects) or suffer with seizures. I am looking for an inexpensive under $200 teeth whitener that could lift the stains.
