Baby belly debate 16+2

My husband and I have been arguing about this for the last few days. Right when I wake up my tummy is still pretty small. (First picture) after eating a straw berry.. Not multiple, literally one, this is my belly and it stays for the rest of the day. (Picture 2) is that my baby belly or is it what I wake up with first thing in the morning? To be frank, I'm confused and would love to say I'm showing. But I feel like it's cheating since i don't wake up with it. Ha
