To dye or not to dye?

I've heard mixed opinions, but I'm dying to dye my dark brown hair because I have a ton of greys peaking through. Haven't dyed since before I got pregnant and now I'm 19w/2d. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Use an ammonia free semi permanent to get rid of grays but still feel guilt free

I got high lights at 14 weeks I had no color touch my scalp. I did the baylage highlights easy maintaince. Anything with hair dye in your second tri is fine. I kept telling myself how do hair dressers do it while pregnant. Enjoy and dye your hair

They tell you not to dye ur hair because small amounts of chemicals do make there way into the skin, to the blood stream and into the baby's placenta. 
It's up to you. 
The amounts are so small that it is unlikely to have any effect on the baby.

I'm a hairstylist, and the only issue with coloring your hair is the fumes. As long as you are in a well ventilated area, GO FOR IT!!! The amount of color absorbed through your skin is miniscule!

I just dyed my whole head and I was about 12 weeks along. I was fine and just brought snacks.

Be careful! Make sure you don't leave it in for the full time, I literally put all my dye in and immediately jumped in the shower because it turned colors so fast, and I was coming from a dark blonde/brown lol the hormones make it pull through a lot stronger, I barely saved myself from really black lol
