Bleeding ?! Calling experience mommies out there

It's my first pregnancy .... 8 years of trying to conceive... First time to experience this... I'm very very worry....

Calling experience mommies out there ... Please care to tell me... Is it normal to bleed and have cramp in the middle of the night out of sudden? I don't feel comfortable at all... And im having cramp.. cramp like going to get menses too.. I woke up and wash the bleed off.. and put my pad on.. just check 5 minutes ago... Its still a little bleed.. Is this normal ? 😭😭😭

I'm in 5 weeks.. I'm scared ... Is this really normal?
