Worried

I know this is going to sound stupid but, I've had a miscarriage in the past so please no judgement. Today I wiped and saw a spec of bright red it was very tiny. Yesterday the same thing happened but only once. I can't tell where it's coming from because when I wipe immediately after noticing it, all was clear... I had terrible flank pain today.. Any thoughts on what it could be????
