House hunting?

So me and my fiance are having a hard time finding a place. We're expecting in early July and would like to be moved in before baby comes. We live in an area where EVERYTHING is expensive. We've been looking at rental houses because we have 2 big 100 lb bulldogs so obviously an apartment is a no go. I came across a listing for a townhouse and was really surprised at how nice and cheap it was. My question is if anyone lives in a town home and has a fenced in yard as well? I've tried looking online but "fenced yard" isn't a filter. We obviously need one for the dogs and giving them up is not an option. Happy dogs happy wife 💓🐶
