Period of ripped Hymen?

I'm supposed to start my period, it's actually late. But I had sex today for my second time ever and I started bleeding a lot and it's been hours and it still hasn't fully stopped. I'm in a lot of pain in that area, not like cramps. And the blood looks regular, unlike period blood. So did I rip my hymen?
