Sore boobs fluctuating before pregnancy?

Hi ladies

Wondered if any ladies who have had their BFP had a fluctuation with sore boobs? Mine have been in agony past week.. way more than usual but have subsided a bit now and wondering if this is confirmation it's not my month?! AF due Thursday. . Did hpt and BFN!
