Possibly miscarriage?

IS THIS A POSSIBLE MISCARRIGE? I've been getting negative pregnancy tests but then this showed up after a very strange two day period. 
I'm having hot flashes, bad cramps and this stuff coming out of my vagina. I don't know what's going on...

My mom says it's a possible miscarriage. I didn't even know I was pregnant...

then this started coming out ⬆️ after the blood, little by little...

Someone please help me.
I'm going to see if my doctor is open today.

UPDATE: I went to the doctor today and she said it probably wasn't a miscarriage and it could be just stress from the kids and the wedding planning. I sent in the blood clot for a test just to be extra sure. Thank you guys so much for all your help. :)

It could be it also could just be a big blood clot. I had one that looked almost exactly like that before, and I don't think I was ever pregnant...

I had early bleeding the same. I had a subchorinic hematoma on one side of my uterus and a normal pregnancy on the other side

That's the same thing that happened  to me 2 weeks ago, I thought i was just cramping cause I was gonna get my period almost 2 weeks early. I was confused as well. It was the strongest cramps I've ever felt in my life 😩😩😩

I've had three.... Very similar. I do hope you're ok. Don't place any tampons in until you talk to the doctor.
