Those who had ultrasounds at 5 1/2 weeks: heartrate?

So I've been whining the last few days becauze my dr wanted me to come in for an early ultrasound due to hx of miscarriages. I am only 5 weeks 4 days along, and I knew it was possible we may not even see cardiac activity this early on, so I felt like it was a waste of time and worry. But, hcg showed 4,000 so they knew something would be visable. So, i go today and low and behold, little bean is in the right spot, and the tech said she measured heart rate as 94, 103, and 97 beats per minute. She also stated dr likes it to be over 100 and they may want me to come back in a week to check again. She then said I am measuring at 6 weeks gestation. I know my body well, so I know exaclty when I ovulated and I had a 29 day cycle, so I know I am off by a few days. Anyway I was curious to know of everyone elses heart rates around 5 weeks 4 days? Google says these numbers are normal and will increase every day, but I feel like this tech planted a seed of worry.
