So many bassinets???

Looking into buying one but Most only recommend up to 15lb but that seems like such a short window Of time for such an expensive product. Anyone out there recommends good one that can be used up to 20lb at least?

Honestly by the time the baby weighs that much the bassinet most likely won't be a safe place for them to sleep anymore. Once they start rolling around and sitting up it shouldn't be used. I find them to be a bit of a waste of money.

Look at consignment shops and online we've found amazing deals on lots of stuff and ebrything has been in great shape. No use wasting a bunch of money on something you'll use for such a short period of time. I ended up getting a bassinet for free from a friend. They are normally in great shape used because they weren't used long. Good luck!

I really wanted the Halo Bassinet but it was so expensive online. I started watching Craiglist and found an almost brand new one for $100 less than retail with sheets and mattress pads!!!  Just a encouragement to look for some of thei really expensive baby stuff used.

Look for a solid wooden one maybe? The ones I've looked at said a weight or until rolling over and pushing up.
