First IUI yesterday, cramping?

Hi, I had my first IUI yesterday (and hopefully only).  Getting on here hoping for some good baby vibes!  
Mine was slightly uncomfortable during procedure and as day went on I had annoying cramps and crazy bloating.

Anyone else experience that and have healthy baby?

I have also had cramping and bloating since the IUI yesterday. I'm feeling really exhausted too...

Had my 4th IUI on Thursday, just started the progesterone pills and lord those are seriously the worst!!!! I hate them so much!

Cramping and bloating is completely normal.  I experienced it with both my IUIs.  Unfortunately, it isn't a sign whether it worked or not 😕

I'm not on progesterone pills. They told me before IUI my progesterone levels were great for the IUI. I am eating pineapple core, Brazilian nuts, and pomegranate juice to try and boost our odds!  We've been trying naturally for 2 years.

I also had cramping which is normal. Esp if the Dr had a hard time going through the cervix. Some spotting is also normal bc the cervix was "violated" lol you shouldn't have a full bleed though

I have the same experience.i had an iui 3 days ago and had some spotting and mild cramping and bloating.... it's been 3 days now but still have mild cramping , feeling tired and bloating . I did the ovidrel shot before iui ...are you taking any progesterone med?

yes! Baby dust for both of us! did they prescribed you progesterone pills?
