Postpartum belly?

To the mommies out there, how long did it take you to lose your postpartum belly? What steps did you take to help get back in shape?

I'm 3 weeks pp and still have a belly. But I've lost over 40 pounds already. I haven't done anything expect get the babies, placentas and extra water out and pumping

My prepregnancy weight was 100lbs and full term I weighed 135. I breastfed and dropped all the weight within a week without trying. You should be fine!

I lost all the weight in 6 months. I just went for walks every day and watched what I ate! I'm hoping it's the same this time but I doubt it 5.5 years later lol

I nursed on demand and started ballet class 6 weeks postpartum. I was back to normal in 3 months but I think it varies as widely as women vary.

9 months is your belly growing - 9 months need your belly to get back..... Be patient, eat healthy,
