Patch

So recently I changed from the depo shot to the patch. I have been on he patch before and it was awesome but they discontinued he brand. I am now on the patch again after a horrid time with the depo shot. I never had any problems with my patch before when I was first on it, and the shot has now been out of effect for a couple months should have had another shot in December but they started my patch before that. Now that I am only in the patch that's a diffe t brand I have been having cramps when not on my period and also my boobs hurt worst than any other time I have ever had. So my question, and I'm 100% sure I'm not pregnant, is do different brands even if they are the same type of birth control affect differently with your body.
