Weight loss buddy
So I gave birth to my little one almost three weeks ago!! I have not been cleared to work out but I want to start watching what I am eating. Before I got pregnant I was able to lose about 85lbs and got down to 166lbs! However, two months before we found out I was pregnant, I was put on steroids for two months and gained it all back. I was 245lbs when I got pregnant and 293lbs the day I had my emergency C-Section. I am now down to 258lbs. My goal is to get back to where I was and then some!! I was wondering if someone wants to join me? We could do daily motivation and keep each other on track so we can be the best version of ourselves for our children!
