Left side sleeping!?

I am TRYING so hard to sleep on my left side. But I toss and turn a lot throughout the night. Does anyone else have this problem??

Laying on one side or the other is fine. Even laying on your back at this point is perfectly fine. They suggest to the left side to keep the weight of the baby off your major vessel to keep you from passing out. It doesn't have to be any further that just a little pillow wedge under your bottom.

Could be you're having a girl if you belive all that! I use to sleep on my right side now I HAVE to sleep on my left. It's weird, and I truly feel I'm going to have a boy!

i keep ending up on my right side...my hubby always wakes me to turn...multiple times a night...nothing is helping

Its helped a lot but sometimes I still turn onto my right side. I used to sleep on my right side before I was pregnant and still find it more comfortable. I guess it will take a while to get the body trained to sleep on the left side. Good Luck!
