4w6d symptoms

So ever since post ovulation day 4 I've had sore boobs , cramping ,tired .. I'm just curious the other day my boob pain started to ease up Nipples itchy.. As to date today my symptoms are tired, headache , gassy boobs not as sore to even complain about cramps are very little .. I guess I fear a mc considering I had one .. Does anyone else have any symptom that comes and go? I thought our symptoms would increase at 5 and 6 weeks ? My two kids are older I don't remember anything anymore
