So I'm 19, I will be 20 next month. We planned our baby and we are engaged. I make over 60k a year, have wonderful health care plan and over 8k in my 401k... I like to think I'm not a teenager, I've lived on my own since 16 and at that time I supported myself working 3 jobs. I drive a brand new car, I bought myself a motorcycle (it's been sold now since I'm pregnant) but it's just infuriating the response I get from healthcare workers acting like I can't take care of myself let alone a baby, they constantly tell me "as a teenage mother...." It makes me so mad. I make more money than half the nurses talking shit.. I have a beautiful house, and a nice car and a wonderful career! Ugh. Maybe I'm just sensitive.. Has this happened to anyone else??
