Trouble sleeping...

Nesa • Fri, Feb 19 • Mommy to a 15 yr old boy, a 2 yr old boy, a 1yr old boy and 1 angel baby girl lost at 4 days old to HLHS. Healing from a huge loss...Due 8/30/21

Anyone else hve trouble sleeping? I will be 10 weeks in a few days, I take 25 mg of Benadryl a night, but often find myself waking up every 2-3 hours. Cannot sleep more than that. It is awful. Anyone else having the same problem or have any suggestions? Thanks ladies!!!
