As long as a doc says you are good to go. I did 9.5 HR flight followed by another 8 hour flight right away at around 11 weeks. The only thing was I suffered because I had awful morning sickness and was repulsed by the airline food

If you're having a healthy low-risk pregnancy you will be fine 😌 I am 21 weeks, had a 6hr flight last week and will have a 7hr flight next week. If you can, get up from your seat every now and then to stretch/walk a bit to keep the blood circulating, or do some foot exercises in your seat.. I sat with my feet up as I find my feet swell a little sometimes when flying. Keeping well hydrated with water is the main thing. 😊

Just watch for swelling in your feet and ankles. If you can get up and stretch often.

My midwife said just try to get up every hour to move a little and to up your water intake those days.
