My pill throwing up?

So I took my birth control pill at 6:30 this morning. I threw up recently like 7:30 do I need to take another one?

Yes, if you throw up within 2 hours that is a missed pill. You will need to either take one from a spare pack or take one from your current pack and skip your break week.

I would say that an hour is probably long enough for the pill to dissolve or digest or whatever it has to do. But just be extra careful for the next 7 days. If you don't want to avoid sex or use condoms, at least use the pull out method.

Usually they say to just use a backup form of birth control if you have sex for the next couple days. The pills are set up in such a way that you only take one a day. But you can always call your doctor and ask them or even call your pharmacy and ask!
