So I already have took out my beautiful nipple rings as hard as that was to give up. But when my nipples felt like they were going to explode I didn't it out of mercy for my new and improved boobs. Anywho, now I'm thinking my belly ring has to go, but I've been told about this extended bar that is sometime of plastic or rubber. What do you guys think. Take it out or buy the bar?
