As long as you're not replacing meals with it, it should be fine in moderation! My doctor told me that I need to drink twice as much water as I'm drinking in other things. So, for example, if I have 16oz of Coke, I need to drink 32oz of water. Etc. etc.

I drink it everyday. Just in the morning before my work out.  It's a good amount of protein since u said u can't keep anything down.

"The US Department of Agriculture recommends that all men and womenover the age of 19 should get at least 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day (or 0.37 grams per pound). That means a woman who is 130 pounds should get at least 48 grams of protein"
