How do you use words to communicate manners into rude or mean people.

There was a guy in the grocery store I was in line I'm nine months pregnant and he said excuse me once left the line came back and did this three times and the other times he didn't say excuse me and actually bumped into me. This guy is so rude can't he see I'm pregnant.

I'm wondering as a woman there's catty women with attitude and very vulgar mean men or perverted men cat calls etc. How do you handle yourself.

Being a role model mother how do you correct someone without going full mother on them because they do not know but us moms are fierce
