Is anyone else a first time mommy and are you showing yet? I'm 5'8'' and athletic and have reached a point where I can no longer button my regular pants (17 weeks even) and if I can, i can't sit  down comfortably without feeling like the button will snap and put someone's eye out. I have never bought maternity clothes before and just started shopping seriously this week. I was wondering what people thought about those belly band things that supposedly allow you to wear your own pants for a little while longer because, to be honest, the maternity pants I've seen look pretty frump-tastic unless they are 160 bucks or more at the designer places and I refuse to pay that much for pants I will only wear for a few months. Thoughts???
