So I am 19 weeks today and I just started a new job that I really tried hard and was hired.  I make great money but the policy in the handbook states that I have to be there at least a year before I can be paid for leave and it also stated that I can be let go at anytime. I just need help determining whether I should tell them I'm having a baby or when should I tell them. My first thought is to just not say anything!!!!
