Do you believe everything happens for a reason?

I have felt like I'm stuck in a rut. In my career, financially and life in general. We have been ttc for 14 cycles and no luck. I met with my gyno yesterday and she is sending me for some tests. Then today I get a call for a job interview. I currently work from home and I think that is part of my rut. So maybe meeting with my gyno yesterday and getting a call for a new job interview will make everything fall into place and I'll get my bfp?😬🙏🏻 who knows!
