Running

I love to run so stopping will really suck and I would like to avoid it....however after I run I get pain above my public bone. It lasts all day and sometimes two. Is there anything I can do to prevent or lessen this? My son is healthy (we saw him on our 20 week ultrasound today) and I'd like to stay active as long as I can. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
