Baby Heart Rate

I will be 9 weeks pregnant on Sunday. At 7 weeks 4 days we went for our ultra sound. The baby's heart beat was 120 and the sono tech said it was good but I'm reading that everyone else's seem so much higher. Anyone have insight as to what is the normal range?
