Hey there ladies. I have a question. I was due to start my period last Saturday but nothing came. Monday through Thursday I had light pink spotting only when I wiped but very, very minimal. I took HPT's but they were negative. I was feeling nauseous to the point I was vomiting, getting headaches/dizziness and extremely sore breasts. Also a week and a half or so ago I felt a lot of pinching in my ovary. I contacted my dr who ordered a blood test but the today around lunch I started having really painful cramps and began bleeding bright red. And it's a lot of blood, some clots. My question is, would you guys say that sounds like a possible miscarriage? From my online searches it sounded like that to me.
