Got my BFP!! Type 1 diabetic

I'm going to say this is positive!!! After 6 months of trying to conceive our first got this result this morning. I'm nervous cause I'm a type 1 diabetic. I watch my readings as best I can. Is there anyone else who's diabetic and had a healthy pregnancy? Or how was your experience?
