Sleep and Play Footies for Spring/Summer baby?

Baby will be born in April. Will it be too hot for long sleeve footie pajamas? I bought just a few and hubby thinks she'll be too hot in them.

Infants get cold in air conditioned homes and nights generally get a little chilly too. Plus, not every April day is roasting hot depending on the region you live in. I have an April baby and used plenty of sleep and play footies.

I would avoid jammies that have the feet attached. Every mom I know has had to cut off the feet because they were too tight on the baby.

Just get footies that are 100% cotton (not fleece).  The baby will still need one layer more than whatever you have on as it can not regulate its own tempsture and fight off drafts.

They can't have any blankets, so long sleeves are a must

You'll likely be in the air conditioning a lot so you may want baby to be in (thin) cotton long sleeves!

Specially like me. I like my air conditioning set at 60-65 tops. My son was born in summer but he still had footies to wear at home.
