Fever😓

Hey guys, I am 21 weeks pregnant and i woke up this morning with swollen glands and a sore head, my sore head has been lingering all day and now i have a fever, my whole head and nose feel like they are on fire, i'm feeling very lousy. Can this be dangerous to my baby? Or is it just common pregnancy symptoms, don't want to phone for something silly😕
