Negative pregnancy test/ no period.

So I have an irregular cycle, especially since I got off of birth control this past November. I had sex on January 22nd, very short with protection but there was a part where he took the condom off and we did it for about 10 seconds. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came up pregnant.. my last period ended on January 22nd so I am confused as to why it hasnt come.

I have been verrrry stressed and worried, cramping a lot and sore breasts.. Anything?
