8dpo symptoms?

So I'm 8dpo. I'm having a bit of creamy cm, been nauseas on and off all day. I've also had some minor cramping today on and off? Anyone else have these symptoms and got their BFP a couple date later? I'm waiting to test but it's driving me crazy. I'm due for AF next Saturday 2/27.
