Does anyone else wish their was a labor fairy?

Everyone claims that we will just know but to be honest some people really don't know! I keep feeling pressure and cramps. My baby girl is already as deep as can be in my pelvis and I am 38 weeks now. My midwife told me by the looks of things it could be anyday! Wouldn't it be nice if some fairy just knocked on your window and said "Hey your labour is about to start! ;)" and went on her way. Hahaha because its so frustrating trying to figure out if I am or not!!
