When did you buy your crib? Is 12 weeks too early?

I would honestly wait until the third trimester, simply because miscarriage is less likely to happen. I got mine around 34 weeks, just because I wanted to be sure I wasn't wasting money.

I'm not buying it until my mom comes a month after baby's born. She's not gonna use it that early anyways with me breastfeeding.  We just got everything else and her bassinet set up

A month before we conceived lol It was gently used by someone my dad knows and we got the whole bedroom set for $25. I was not going to pass up that opportunity because it is in excellent shape! I'm now 34 weeks but still need to buy a mattress for it. Its really to each their own. I knew eventually I'd need a crib so we went for it and I'm glad, due to unforseen circumstances in our finances we'd never be able to afford a new one now.

I got mime at 25 weeks. Im 27 now and havent got much I feel like I still have ages haha everyone keeps telling me im running out of time but I still have 13 weeks till hes due!

5 weeks! This was after having a miscarriage at 6.5 weeks. We were just so excited! We're currently making payments on an entire package which includes the crib. I'm 16 weeks now.
