I just took my last pill last night after 10 days. When should AF show her ugly face?  My doctor said I should start within 10 days is that 10 days that your on the medicine or 10 days after you finish?

I started the 3rd day I was taking it.

I took 10mg once a day for 12 days and I never got a period.. It's been a month tomorrow since I've taken my first pill. Doesn't always guarantee a period but, you can hope to expect one within 2-12 days after your last pill is taken. Good luck!
